“The Jubilee Year is a time to reestablish our relationship with God, with one another, and with all of creation. The Jubilee Year, will be a year of hope for our world suffering the impacts of war, the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and our climate in crisis.
Throughout the Holy Year, there will be opportunities for people to come and pray and celebrate at St Cuthbert Mayne Church and pilgrims are invited to enter.
Individuals and Community groups are invited to visit the Church. Below are some suggestions that may help you make the most from your visit.
† Mass – offering a mass intention for your group.
† Organise a visit to learn more about the Year of Jubilee and the Jubilee Church.
† Walk the old Launceston pilgrimage route to start or finish at our Church, visiting sites in the town relating to the life and martyrdom St Cuthbert.
† Join the local community for a warm welcome and enjoy some refreshments.
† Venerate the relic of St Cuthbert Mayne
† Collect your Diocese of Plymouth Pilgrim Passport and receive your St Cuthbert Mayne Stamp
